Steve had a number of assignments during his tour. He joined our platoon Nov.13, 68 and was an RTO for Lt. O’Brien and SFC Marquez. He was also a rifleman and M-60 ammo bearer. Steve and Bill Connell left the field on March 24,69 to join the 25th Aviation Group. Steve was wounded on Feb.4,69 by a ricochet bullet to his head. He was a helocopter mechanic in cu chi untill he left vietnam in Nov. 69.
