| SSG Richard Glover was our platoon sergeant from May 1968 to November 1968. He was transferred to HHC and was responsible for calling in Artilliary the night Diamond FSB was overrun on Feb. 23 1969. Paul Naso was Glovers RTO and remembers that Glover was wounded the morning of Feb. 24th 1969 after the smoke had settled.Sergeant Glover was a soldiers soldier! He cared deeply for his men and did everything in his power to keep us all out of harms way. |
