| Larry Dasher was one of the few men that not only survived one full tour in 67-68 but returned to do another tour in 1971-72. Larry carried the M-60 Machine gun and was awarded a purple heartAug 28, 1968. He returned home and became a drill instructor. He worked for the postal service and currently lives with his wife Becky in Saluda, South Carolina. The picture at left was taken at a standdown in Cu Chi sometime in 1968. |
